## Reported sequence
Existing overall quiz scores displayed 0 after Google sign-in. Newly completed attempts saved, but signing out and back in with the same account reset the displayed overall score again despite existing records.

## Expected behavior
Recorded quiz scores persist for the same account between sign-in sessions.

## Follow-up status
The report distinguishes a resolved Personalization data-recreation issue from the remaining quiz-score persistence issue. It does not establish a later score fix, successful retest, root cause or fix ownership.

## Evidence boundary
Based on my supplied qa-test message export, October 20 entries at 5:55 PM and 6:14 PM. Referenced screenshots were not supplied for this portfolio review. The page visual reconstructs the reported sequence; it is not captured app UI. The case-study format was prepared for this portfolio and does not imply formal test-case documents were used in my team workflow.
